Pressing Print Screen (PrtScn) key

  1. Press the Print Screen (PrtScn) key on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can press the Windows key + PrtScn key to capture the entire screen. This key may be labeled “PrtScn,” “PrtSc,” or something similar.
  2. After the screenshot is saved to your clipboard, you can paste it by pressing Ctrl+V into a program like Paint, Word, or any other image editor.

Windows key + Print Screen (Win + PrtScn)

  1. Press the Windows key + Print Screen (Win + PrtScn) keys on your keyboard.
  2. Save the screenshot to the Screenshots folder, which you can find in your Pictures folder

  5. Click on “Copy” or “Save” to save the screenshot to your clipboard or to a file on your computer.
